To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctor can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor has completed the exam, they will give you a call to go over the diagnosis, treatment options, and to give you discharge instructions.
Please kindly give 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Clients with repeated offenses of cancellations or no-showing for appointments may incur cancellation fees on their account.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
In light of the recent COVID outbreak, if you are not feeling well or have ran a fever within the last 72 hours, please reschedule your appointment or make arrangements with a friend or family member to bring your pet in for its appointment. Please have only one family member per patient attend the appointment. We are happy to also offer curbside service where we will collect and return your pet outside the building from/to you.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
