To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctor can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor has completed the exam, they will give you a call to go over the diagnosis, treatment options, and to give you discharge instructions.
Please kindly give 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Clients with repeated offenses of cancellations or no-showing for appointments will incur cancellation fees on their account.
Clients are REQUIRED to be respectful and courteous to ALL staff and other clients and patients.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
In light of the COVID outbreak, if you are not feeling well, have been tested for Covid within the last 14 days, or have ran a fever within the last 72 hours, please reschedule your appointment or make arrangements with a friend or family member to bring your pet in for its appointment. We are not allowing clients in the building at this time. We offer curbside service where we will collect and return your pet outside the building from/to you.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
